Hours of OperationOur online store is open 24/7! For immediate assistance you can either call or text us at 307-201-9875, email us at sales@TandAsafety.com or chat with us online at www.TandAsafety.com. If you are unsuccessful reaching somebody, be sure to leave a message via phone, text, email or chat and someone will get back to you the same day and, usually within the hour. You can reach us 7 days a week!! That is correct! We are your Go-to-Guys-and-Gals!!! Normal hours of operation are 8am to 5pm Mountain Standard Time – but if you need something, call or email and we will get back to you in short order!

Placing an OrderYou can call (307) 201-9875 and place your order with one of our sales people. OR – You can email sales@TandAsafety.com and attach your purchase order. OR – Coming soon - you can input your order into your shopping cart and SUBMIT and one of our sales people will confirm your order via phone or email with total costs including shipping.

Product AvailabilityItems in stock varies day by day, product by product. Please either call, email or chat with us to find current lead time (if any).

Reseller DiscountsThe only discounts we typically give are quantity based. Since our prices are so low across the board, there isn’t much room to lower prices even further. 90% of the time, the price that’s online is the rock bottom price we will sell the product for.

Payment Options & Secure OrderingOnline secure payment option coming soon! We will accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept purchase orders from schools, governmental facilities, public facilities and large companies. Please email credit references and a hard copy of your Purchase Order to sales@TandAsafety.com. If you are tax exempt, please email us your exempt certificate.

Order Tracking & InvoicingPlease phone us at (307) 201-9875 or email us at sales@TandAsafety.com to find out the status of your order. Upon shipping we will email you the carrier and shipment tracking information. We will email your invoice after shipping the order. We can also provide you with our W-9 form upon your request.

Freight & Shipping CostsPrices for our products do not include shipping or freight costs. Standard shipping is through UPS. Products are typically shipped within 24-48 hours but shipping does vary depending on products ordered, product weights and dimensions. Note: Items over 150 lbs. or too big dimensionally cannot be shipped via UPS and will be shipped via common carrier, to a Commercial Location Only - LTL shipments cannot ship to residences or any location without loading dock access. We can use your UPS Account # for Ground orders and your preferred carrier for Truck orders for your convenience! Simply enter the information during check out under "Instructions/Notes" or tell our sales associate when you email or call. We add shipping charges to your order at the time of invoice. Shipping rates shown are based on Commercial Deliveries with Loading Dock Access Only. Airports & residences may require additional handling charges. We urge you to call for a shipping rate on any items that have to ship via LTL. We always ship via the most economical method available to us, unless you specify otherwise. Shipments by truck will be “curbside only” and additional freight for inside delivery or lift-gate will be required. Shipping charges calculated by our website checkout are estimated and actual charges may vary. We will contact you if there is a discrepancy. Shipment DamagesBefore signing for any delivery, be sure to inspect the packages for any damage that may have occurred during transport. If you receive a damaged product in shipment please call us at (307) 201-9875 within 48 hours. When signing for your shipment, if you notice damage, make sure to notate the damage with your signature, and take picutres if possible. Otherwise, legally, by applying your signature without “damage” or “uninspected”, you are signing a document stating that you have inspected the item in good condition and any later claim with the freight company must be filed by you as we have no recourse.

Returns, Refunds & CancellationsNo returns of any merchandise will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please contact customer service to receive a RA#. All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise for a full merchandise credit less a 25% restocking fee. Returns should be sent to the address of the shipper on your original packing list. Any products to be found defective, the manufacturer’s warranty will apply (Excludes shipping charges). Items returned must be in new and resalable condition, in original packaging. No returns or cancellations accepted on any Custom products or Custom Imprinted products and any other products noted as such. Buyer is responsible for all freight costs on returns. Note: When returning products, be sure to send them pre-paid, insured and save your shipper's tracking number. Without a tracking number, it may be difficult to prove that your return arrived at our factories.

Risk of LossRisk of loss and title on products purchased from TandAsafety.com pass on to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier (F.O.B. shipping point). If a shipment is lost in transit, please notify us within 7 Days of the shipment date for research. Anything after the 7 Day point will not be eligible for any carrier claims.

Your AccountYou are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You also agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders.
